Important Coverage Definitions

Substantial Completion: All warranty periods begin on the date of substantial completion or final project sign-off.

Manufacturer vs. Contractor: Reno Modern warrants the installation and workmanship. Product defects (e.g., a cracked faucet, a fogged window pane, or a peeling cabinet door) are covered by the specific Manufacturer's Warranty, which we pass along to you. We assist in these claims but do not manufacture the goods.

Optional Extended Contractor Warranty. Secure your investment with coverage for critical systems and structure.

  • Modifications: Repairs or alterations made by the homeowner or 3rd party contractors after handover.
  • User Negligence: Damage caused by misuse or failure to maintain (e.g., humidity control).
